Condominium And Community Associations

We provide our condominium, homeowner and community association clients with a wide range of services, including drafting, amending, restating, interpreting and analyzing governing documents, such as declarations, articles of incorporation, bylaws and house rules, providing legal opinions, assistance with compliance issues and enforcing governing documents and applicable laws. As part of our representation of associations, we also handle the collection of delinquent maintenance fees and we assist associations in foreclosure actions.
